Terms of Service
Considering that it sells products online and the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store through its sales channels, this agreement aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the use and purchase of products from the Tienda website.
I - Confidentiality
It is the Store’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchasing process. The website’s security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker activity through the “Secure Site” certification.
II - Customer Service (SAC)
The Customer Service Center is available to answer questions, resolve requests, or address complaints regarding an order or any content on the website.
Customer Service can be reached via the email provided on the website.
III - Delivery Policy
The product delivery time is informed during the purchase process and counted in business days. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
III.I
Verifying that the product dimensions are suitable is the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer must ensure conformity at delivery and contact Customer Service if necessary.
III.II
Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the provided address, on alternate days, with a maximum interval of 48 hours between attempts.
An authorized person over 18 years old, with an ID, must be available to receive the order and sign the delivery confirmation.
If all three attempts fail, the order will be returned to the Store’s Distribution Center.
III.III
Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the payment method, delivery address, request an advance delivery, or a priority shipment.
III.IV
Shipping is free throughout the national territory.
III.V
The Store does not authorize delivery staff to:

Enter the customer’s residence;

Install or service products;

Open product packaging;

Deliver to a different address;

Deliver to minors or individuals without ID.
III.VII
The Store is not responsible for merchandise being held due to unresolved issues with the customer.
In such cases, the customer must contact customs or the relevant tax office directly to resolve the matter.
IV - Right of Withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal to return a product under the following conditions:
The deadline to withdraw from the purchase is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In case of a return, the product must be sent back to the Store’s Distribution Center in its original packaging.
IV.I
The customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).
IV.II
Once the product arrives at the Distribution Center, the Store will verify if it meets the return conditions.
If approved, the Store will proceed with a full refund of the purchase price.
IV.III
For purchases made with a credit card, the credit card company will be notified, and the refund will appear on the next or following billing cycle, issued in a single installment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
